Paper Bags (Multi-Wall / Valve / Open-Mouth)

Engineered for powders and fine granules in construction, food, agriculture, and chemicals. Choose 2–5-ply kraft constructions, optional PE liners for moisture protection, and block-bottom designs for clean palletization. Valve bags support fast, dust-reduced filling and stable stacking — ideal for cement, tile adhesive, and dry mortar. Printing up to 6 colors highlights your brand and regulatory data.

Constructions & options

  • 2–5 plies high-strength kraft
     

  • Valve (pasted/block-bottom) or open-mouth (block-bottom)
     

  • Optional PE liner (loose or glued), micro-perforations for deaeration
     

  • Anti-slip exterior, tear-open features

 

Typical specs

  • Capacities: 20 / 25 / 40 / 50 kg
     

  • Example sizes: 400X450X130 mm (25 kg dry mortar), 520X600X11 mm (50 kg)
     

  • Printing: flexo up to 5 colors
     

Best for: cement, tile adhesive, dry mortar, gypsum, flour, sugar, starches, food, animal-feed premix, fertilizers, minerals, chemicals.

PP Woven Sacks (with/without BOPP Laminate)

Durable, cost-effective sacks for 25–50 kg applications. Woven PP delivers outstanding tear resistance; BOPP lamination adds high-gloss graphics and moisture protection.

  • Woven PP fabric 60–120 g/m²; tubular or back-seam; gusseted or block-bottom
     

  • BOPP lamination (one/both sides) · optional PE liner
     

  • UV stabilization for outdoor storage · easy-open tape · anti-slip coating
     

  • Valve PP variants on request

  • Capacities: 25 / 40 / 50 kg
     

  • Printing: rotogravure/photo quality on BOPP · flexo on non-laminated
     

Best for: grains, flour, sugar, rice, seeds, animal feed, fertilizers, salts/minerals, construction aggregates and powders.

Stretch Hood Film (for Palletized Loads)

High-throughput pallet protection with excellent load stability and 5-sided dust/water sealing — in a single automated cycle.

Machine stretch films, shrink films, pallet top-sheets and slip-sheets to protect unit loads in storage and transit. Recyclable PE options, plus project-specific blends for puncture resistance, cling, and downgauging.
